Desert Systems, Soil Health & Regenerative Design
Yosef is an NACD Soil Health Champion, permaculture designer and minister based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. For more than a decade, he has practiced regenerative agriculture in the Chihuahuan Desert.
His work translates natural survival patterns into practical systems—from stormwater harvesting and food forestry to super-adobe and geothermal design. Through fieldwork, consulting and workshops for adults and children, he explores how ecological and human networks can support one another.

Yosef works through Unity Community Ministries Trust as an ecological catalyst, providing regional design consulting and hands-on learning opportunities for communities in the Southwest.
