Fungi, Fieldwork & Visual Storytelling
Jaelon Wright is a self-taught mycologist with more than six years of experience in fungal cultivation, photography, and specimen collection. His work captures fungi in their natural environments and produces detailed images that support accurate species identification and documentation.
Through fieldwork across the United States and internationally, Jae has developed a strong understanding of ecological context, morphology, and visual storytelling within mycology. He actively contributes observations to iNaturalist, supporting community-driven research and biodiversity records while blending art and mycology across field and lab work.
